Aired meetings starting at 8:00 PM fall off mid-stream. Suggestion was made to start the meetings at an earlier time.
Spring WAPC Conference Attendance – May 4th and 5th, 2012
Zwieg/Worthen to attend and stay overnight one night. Motion carried.
Renew WAPC Membership:
Name changed to Wisconsin Community Media. Costs is $195.00 to renew. Link/Zwieg to renew membership. Motion carried.
Donation To The Library:
Sweeney/Zwieg to donate $1,000.00. Motion carried.
Community Member Production:
Not at this time.
Purchase New Equipment:
Check into repair of one camera. Taking it in to have it checked and get an estimate for later approval. Zwieg/Worthen to approve repairs not to exceed $500.00. Motion carried.
