Buss/Breitweiser to approve the minutes from Tuesday, December 6 th, 2011. Motion carried.

Review and Approve Purchase of Welder – Public Works Dept.:

Affeld/Buss to send to the Common Council to purchase welder at a price not to exceed $4,000.00. Motion carried.
Review and Approve Purchase of Hand Guns – Police Dept.:
(From Thursday, January 26 th, 2012 Public Safety Minutes)
Breitweiser/Buss to send to the Common Council to purchase three Generation 4 Glock hand guns. Motion carried.
Quarterly Financial Review:
Reviewed 2011 budget with Clerk/Treasurer, overages were explained, discussed and noted.
Discuss Purchasing Policy:
Procurement policy was distributed and discussed. Committee members were to read and suggest possible changes. Some proposed changes will be discussed at the next meeting.
2013 Borrowing for Road Projects:
Set up joint meeting with Common Council and the Utility Commission with Chad Stange, Gladys McKay, and Mike Laue of MSA in May.
Fee Schedule: Add to next months agenda.
Old Business: Phone battery backup purchase. Purchased for power outage and phones system that goes down at the Public Safety Building from Emergency Management.
