Affeld/Schamberger to approve and recommend to the Common Council Chad Stange and William Montgomery as EMS drivers. Motion carried 4-0.
Approve New Fire Fighter Member:
Luedke/Schamberger to approve and recommend to the Common Council Joe Ludtke. Motion carried.
Status of Job Descriptions, Pay Schedule, and Hand Book:
Will meet February 9 th, 2012 at 6:00 PM with Steve Zach and make some final adjustments. Motion carried.
Review/Finalize Accident/Drug Testing Policy:
Affeld/Luedke to approve and recommend to the Common Council policy with changes. Motion carried.
Discuss Hiring Process:
Gladys will put something together and present to the committee.

Street Superintendent was given direction regarding termination of custodian position.
Schamberger/Stolzman to approve 2% increases for employees listed in Exhibited “A” retroactive to January 1 st, 2012. Motion carried 5-0.
