Utility Accountant Assistant

The City of Juneau is currently accepting applications for a part time Utility Accountant Assistant, approximately 8 – 16 hours per week. Specific responsibilities of the position include a variety of general office duties, data entry, and tasks relating to job costing, inventory, accounts payable, and payroll. This position requires experience with Excel spreadsheets, thorough knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, and an adequate amount of people skills to be effective and pleasant when assisting utility customers and the general public.
